[jira] [Created] (CB-1610) Add foreground camera to Android

Joe Bowser created CB-1610:
------------------------------

Summary: Add foreground camera to Android
                 Key: CB-1610
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CB-1610
             Project: Apache Cordova
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Android
    Affects Versions: 2.1.0
            Reporter: Joe Bowser
            Assignee: Joe Bowser
            Priority: Critical
             Fix For: 2.3.0

Currently Cordova uses the intents system for using the camera. This means that if the application is killed in the background, it has to be restored from a previous state. To remedy this, we are moving the camera functionality into Cordova, but this requires that we implement a camera.
