SCM Plugin documentation have several broken links

SCM Plugin document is not usable due to several broken links and have had so
for a long time if I remember right.

Some of the broken links are:

http://maven.apache.org/scm/plugins/scm-url-format.html
http://maven.apache.org/scm/plugins/scms-overview.html

Considering the fact that it is essential to Maven it be nice if it worked.
