CAS Editor/sandbox documentation

Marshall,

thanks for setting this up.  Would you mind if we turn
this into a general sandbox documentation project?  Now
that you have done the initial work of creating a docbook
build, we might want to add documentation about other
sandbox projects, not just the CAS Editor.

A minor nit: all other projects in the sandbox use camel
case project names.  While that's not the way I would have
set it up either, that's how it is now.  It would be nice
if we could have consistency within the sandbox.

I didn't notice that until I was trying to commit...  I have no 
preference on this issue so feel free to change it (if it doesn't break 
too many things :-)
