   ### What happened
   
   Copy/paste content from another apps (Chrome, Notepad++ etc.) occurs this problem. NB only allows c/p from itself not accepts from other sources. So I restart the ide but after some c/p operations this problem occurs again.
   
   ### How to reproduce
   
   Just copy/paste from another sources to NB and c/p from NB to other sources. You should try **backward and forward** c/p a few times.
   
   ### Did this work correctly in an earlier version?
   
   Apache NetBeans 14
   
   ### Operating System
   
   Windows 10 version 10.0 running on amd64; UTF-8; tr_TR (nb)
   
   ### JDK
   
   OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM 19.0.2+7
   
   ### Apache NetBeans packaging
   
   Apache NetBeans provided installer, Apache NetBeans binary zip
   
   ### Anything else
