As discussed in dev-ml, we decided to delete the legacy flink-libraries/flink-ml, so as to the flink-libraries/flink-ml-uber. There is not any further development planned for this legacy flink-ml package in 1.9 or even future. Users could just use the 1.8 version if their products/projects still rely on this package.
