"Further Reading" links

In the docs directory of the 1.0 release, looking at index.html there is a
link called "Further Reading". Are the links on that page also available at
the main web site (http://xml.apache.org/axis/)? I can't find them.

I was thinking, we need to add a books section there too, what with 2 books
having axis as the centrepiece of their theme, and I just saw another 'open
source web services' at the w/end.

Should we replace the link to the "Reference Library" in the
introduction with this? To me the document above seems more current and
complete.
