We have some identifier and hash columns using FixedSizeBinary. Certain joins and/or merges with these columns cause error such as
```
Min/Max accumulator not implemented for type FixedSizeBinary(16).
This was likely caused by a bug in DataFusion's code and we would welcome that you file an bug report in our issue tracker)
```

Implement aggregate min/max functions for FixedSizeBinary so they can be used in DataFusion
