HTTP Cookie Manager doesn't work

When using "HTTP AUTHORIZAION MANAGER" to log in.
It is suppose to send a cookie back, so I used the HTTP Cookie Manager.
But it doesnt work.

I used the tree listener and I got this as a return result

your web browser is configured to accept cookies.
  
you are using a fully qualified domain name in your URL.
  
http://server.domain.com/index.html is CORRECT.
