> After optimizing the ItGeneratedRestClientTest by using the BeforeAll and AfterAll methods to start and stop the cluster once for all the tests, it was observed that the "initCluster" test breaks the "logicalTopology" tests. Specifically, the logical topology changes after the second "initCluster" call, which should have no effect on the cluster state.
