I'm on a plane so can't read the link. However, Trac provides a nice
set of tools for project management. One of these is an RSS feed for
Subversion commits, bug reports, etc.
Trac has become a quite popular tool and integrates nicely with
Subversion.

That topic came up on the mailing list awhile ago and I think someone
posted a script but I don't remember it and can't find it now. I did
find this via Google:

I have a chapter in my book I have a section that goes through the
creation of a hook script for generating an RSS feed of a repository
(credit for the script itself goes to Stuart Robinson).
