[fileupload] customisation to save only one file

Hello list,

I'd like to customise fileupload to save one file according to a specific form 
name to a specific location, and just ignore any other information in the 
request. Am I right in thinking a custom FileItemFactory is the way to do 
this? Is it easy?

I saw this page, but, well, in its current form it doesn't help much:
