Porting proton python from SWIG to CFFI (RHOSC 2021)

Hi,
I'm a CS undergrad participating in the RHOS contest 2021 program.
Currently working on porting the qpid proton python from swig to cffi with
Jiri . During this week I was able to compile message c functions using
cffi and pass fews test cases. Working on passing all the test cases :)
