[I] Support other protocols besides Kafka in Streampipes Client for gathering live data (streampipes)
dominikriemer opened a new issue, #1717:
URL: https://github.com/apache/streampipes/issues/1717
### Body
Currently, the StreamPipes client can only subscribe to live data when using Kafka as the internal messaging broker. Other protocols should be supported as well when subscribing to data streams.
### StreamPipes Committer
I acknowledge that I am a maintainer/committer of the Apache StreamPipes project.
