GSOC Mid Term evaluation fast approaching

This is just to remind everyone. See the deadlines below. Now would be a
good time for students and mentors to take a look at the progress and figure
out some goals for the mid term and revise plans accordingly.

*19:00 UTC* Mentors and students can begin submitting mid-term
evaluations.July 16:
*19:00 UTC*

   - Mid-term evaluations deadline;
   - Google begins issuing mid-term student payments provided passing
   student survey is on file.
