Chainsaw2, configuraion of receivers, XMLLayout-receiver

Hello,

the saving / loading of the configuration for the receivers seems not possible. Is this feature in development?
Else I will write a quick hack for myself to start.

There is no XMLLayout-receiver, so I constructed one from LogPatternFileReceiver and XMLSocketReceiver. Is this interesting enough to be checked in?

Best regards

josh

Hi Josh,

There is interest, especially if the XML parsing is done using the SAX API
in contrast to DOM.
By the way, are you aware of XMLDecoder?
