[users@httpd] cannot open error

    hello;
  can any one help me
  i hav Apache 2.0.54 and axis 1.5 release version installed on windows 2000.
  when i run sample calculator.exe from my system it works properly.
  but when i copy .exe file to athor system and run it giving my server url iam getting error
  .....
   
  c:\>calculator add 3 4 
  warning: not able to open configuration file </axiscpp.conf>.
  using default values
  Exception : DLOPEN FAILED in loading parser library.

This question doesn't seem to have anything to do with the apache http
server.  If calculator.exe is a sample program that comes with axis,
you should try asking on an axis mailing list.
