mod_log_config. meaning of %s has now changed

Maybe the last minute change to httpd_request.c before 1.2b1 to hardcode
the original status number to the last number -

void internal_redirect (const char *new_uri, request_rec *r)
{
   request_rec *new = internal_internal_redirect(new_uri, r);
   process_request_internal (new);
+    r->status=new->status;
}

- should be undone, and "%>s" be used by mod_log_config.c instead ?
