Maven and ivy...

Eh... I've been waiting for like three hours now for this:

https://oss.sonatype.org/content/repositories/releases/com/carrotsearch/randomizedtesting/randomizedtesting-runner/

to be synced with this:

http://repo1.maven.org/maven2/com/carrotsearch/randomizedtesting/randomizedtesting-runner/

so that I can make a commit upgrading a JAR in Lucene (if I did it
before maven repos are synced nobody would be able to build anything,
including jenkins).

I understand Robert's rationale and everything, but let me vent off my
frustration -- to need to wait 3 hours to make a commit is f. crap.
I'm going to sleep, will retry in the morning.
