   If you have still the problem, what is the message in the output of the compiler for making project cpp_package_op.h ??
   Typical problems can be that you do not have the Python interpreter executable in the PATH or any of the dependencies (dll's) of mxnet in the PATH. Like OPENCV, MKL or OPENBLAS, or CUDA / CUDNN
