Changing layout of CPE Configurator Screen

Is there a way to change the layout/format of the CPE configurator screen? 
  Would like to change an input field to be a larger input box versus one 
long, long line.   Would also like to control the layout of some of the 
fields, etc.  Thanks.

Sure - it's open source, and it is not difficult to take the source code and 
update it.
