aliases in Tomcat

Hi all,

I am porting an application from Java Web Server to Tomcat. The product
makes use of "aliases.properties" to set up aliases to map virtual paths.
Does Tomcat have this functionality? If yes, how do I achieve this?

I am using Tomcat in a stand-alone mode on Windows NT 4.0.

I already checked the FAQ, I couldn't find any info there. I would
appreciate any help/pointers.
