SVN build errors

IF you try to build apreq2 svn build against a PERL w/out ithreads you 
get two errors

glue/perl/xsbuilder/APR/Request/Apache2/APR__Request__Apache2.h:81
glue/perl/xsbuilder/APR/Request/CGI/APR__Request__CGI.h:78
unused variable d

because the dTHXa macro is optimized away; only an error because -Werror
is in effect.
