Generating score for set2 using perceptron

Hi,
is it possible that when I am generating scores for set2, I get better
values for FP and also for FN. I am generating score, only for my new rules,
so the others can't cause the FP improvement, only my three new. But they
don't give any negative score, so I don't understand the better FP score.

If someone knows, why is it perceptron doing to me, please respond. 
(I blame the bayes rules, but i need it know for sure).
