Driver for the IBM SBC

Hi Everyone!

I'm new to the project.  I'd like to get started by contributing a driver for the IBM SBC: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DTACLOUD

Is Deltacloud's site primarily maintained at Apache (http://incubator.apache.org/deltacloud) instead of http://deltacloud.org?  If so, it would be helpful to clearly indicate that the most up-to-date documentation & downloads are at the Apache incubator.

I'll follow up with more questions as I orient myself!

Yes, it is a bit confusing at present.  The plan in the very short term is to
make deltacloud.org redirect to the incubator page, but we need to do a bit of
additional work to get there.

In any case, you should be using the incubator page for now.
