Log:
Enable returning an error on malfunctions for JavaHL. We shouldn't
crash the JVM unless absolutely necessary as this might make users
of tools like Subclipse loose their work.
* subversion/bindings/javahl/native/JNIUtil.cpp
(JNIGlobalInit): Set malfunction handler.
