Pass bundle params to FeatureResource objects (issue948042)

Reviewers: shindig.remailer_gmail.com,

Description:
...in addition to attributes on the resource itself.

Eg.
<gadget attribFoo="foo">
   <script src="resource.js" attribBar="bar"/>
</gadget>

The FeatureResource object corresponding to "resource.js" will get Map
with attribFoo and attribBar.
