  Removed:     c/src/framework LocalFileInputSource.Hpp
  Log:
  I accidentally checked this one in with the extension Hpp instead of keeping it all
  lower case, which is required to keep the Unixes happy. So I'm removing it and putting
  it back with the right extension.
