   @adelapena @maedhroz I have taken a first stab at changing the naming for the kdtree package and classes. I have only changed the names in the source atm. If we are happy with this then I'll change the tests to match. I have done a first pass through the comments to try and make them better reflect what is going on.
   
   Would you mind having a look at these changes to see if they match your expectations? My main concern is the `bbtree` package name. My only consolation is that is no more or less descriptive than any of the other package names we have.
