Fo inline truncates

Hello -

I am using the following code.. How can I prevent the fo:inline from
truncating -?

<fo:table-cell>
	<fo:block>Requestor: 
		<fo:inline font-weight='normal' font-style='italic'
wrap-option='wrap'>
			#TAG_REQUEST#
		</fo:inline>
	</fo:block>
</fo:table-cell>
