2.1.4 release progress....

We're kind of overdue for a 2.1.4 release so I'd like to get a feel for 
everyones thoughts on the subject....

Basically, I was hoping to get WSS4J 1.5.5 into it, but that release is going 
slow.    If it takes much longer, I'm willing to punt on it.

There are also a couple of JAX-RS fixes that Sergey is working on that should 
go in.

So, what about doing 2.1.4 middle/late next week?   If wss4j is released by 
then, great.  If not, oh well.      Thoughts?
