   Nice job. Test passes too. But see comment on serializing the error above

   As an aside, I was surprised that
   
   ```
                   function (doc) {
                     for (var i=0; i<1000; i++) {
                     emit({doc: doc._id + 1}, doc._id);
                   }
   ```
   
   Was enough to trigger transaction too large error.  That's not 10Mb, does it store those as one value?
