log4net 2.0.15 vote

I haven’t forgotten about this, but I may not be able to look at it until Saturday.

Hi all

Thanks for the votes, 2.0.15 is now live.

The signing attribute was missing - I must have accidentally deleted it - I've added a test to check that it's in place and checked that the RC artifact assemblies are signed (that's the mystery: they are signed, even though I just added the signing attribute back 🤔. Oh well, now there's a test for it and tests are run as part of the release artifact generation, so if it happens again, at least I'll know).

Hi Ralph

Yes, I'll release as soon as I get a gap. I replied to the signing request
too - not sure what happened to 2.0.14, but every other release is signed.
The signing attribute was missing - I must have accidentally deleted it -
I've added a test to check that it's in place and checked that the RC
artifact assemblies are signed (that's the mystery: they are signed, even
though I just added the signing attribute back 🤔. Oh well, now there's a
test for it and tests are run as part of the release artifact generation,
so if it happens again, at least I'll know).

Doesn’t this vote have the necessary 3 +1 votes? Davyd, I am assuming as release manager you will be voting +1.

However, see the request to sign stuff going to Nuget. You may want to do that before you send it there.
