[users@httpd] Configuration Broken

Hie All.

I have just added a virtual host and when i am trying to restart my
Apache i keep getting this error.

[root@Sabertooth root]# service httpd restart
/etc/init.d/httpd restart: configuration broken, ignoring restart
/etc/init.d/httpd restart: (run 'apachectl configtest' for details)

Has anyone out there experienced the same thing?

Regards

Roger

Thanks a lot for that. I will just write this for others especially
beginners to Linux/Apache.

I tried to do

apachectl from the the prompt and i got
"command not found".

Then after you sent me an email, i remembered that i need to do

/usr/local/apache/bin/apachectl configtest.

That told exactly where my problem was lying and i have just fixed it.

Roger
