Cocoon 2 documentation in HTML

Hi,

I would like to read the Cocoon2 docs but they are in XML. 

Is there an easy way to convert them in HTML ? I tried to do it by
hand with an Xalan and Xerces from Cocoon 1.7.4 but it didn't work.

Would it be possible to include the documentation in HTML, as most of
the time, you read it before installing Cocoon ?
