[RESULT][VOTE] Airflow Providers - release of November 30, 2021

Hello,

Apache Airflow Providers for November (based on RC1) have been accepted.

3 “+1” binding votes received:
- Jarek Potiuk  (binding)
- Elad Kalif (binding)
- Ephraim Anierobi (binding)

1 "+1"  non-binding votes received:
- Josh Fell

The Databricks Provider has been removed from the release due to a bug
but the bugfix is already merged so ad-hoc release follows shortly
with RC2 release.
