[sandbox - grant] Removal of commons-grant

Is anyone using commons-grant?

There are only a few classes and it is yet to be proven to work with Ant 1.6...
AFAIK only Maven uses it.

To simplify things, I'd like to copy it into Maven's CVS tree, then cvs delete
it in the sandbox (leaving the history there).

Is this an appropriate action, and are there any objections? Does it require a
vote of any particular set of commons committers?

Cheers,
Brett

I'm going to go ahead with this, since it is completely reversable and
unlikely to affect anyone.

Cheers,
Brett
