code for XSSimpleTypeDecl and related classes

Hi 
	Please find patch for XSSimpleTypeDecl and 3 new classes(ListDV, 
UnionDV,AnySimpleTypeDV)
	

1. Modified equality checks and validations for list and union datatype.
2. corrected fixed facet validations.


	I have added main() to  test this component as standalone. 3 primitive 
built-in declarations are added for testing purpose only. Declarations in main() 
shows usage of it to declare different primitive and built-in  declarations.
