Since all of my previous emails to [dev@orc.apache.org|mailto:dev@orc.apache.org] went nowhere could you please inform ORC leadership that I'm a genuine developer who have already finished the C++ & Python ORC-writing adapter in Apache Arrow? I really need to get this one and ORC-377 done or certain ORC-related features will never be available in Arrow and Pandas. Really thanks!
