6.0.0-GA Docker Images have been pushed to DockerHub

Hi all:

I just push Apache SkyWalking 6.0.0-GA docker images to the DockerHub.
These images are as follows:

 * https://cloud.docker.com/u/skywalking/repository/docker/skywalking/ui
 * https://cloud.docker.com/u/skywalking/repository/docker/skywalking/oap

The tag of "6.0.0-GA" represent the release of Apache SkyWalking 6.0.0-GA.
