Axis lines of code

Hello all,

 

Can somebody tell me how many lines of code does Axis2 and Axis1 (Last
versions) have?  Just to have an average idea of the work involved.

probably a windows user. Open file in notepad, count lines, close file, 
open file in notepad, count lines, etc...

why not downloading the source and doing
