[I] Manually clean up dist/atr releases for the beta server (tooling-trusted-releases)

sbp opened a new issue, #1513:
URL: https://github.com/apache/tooling-trusted-releases/issues/1513

As appropriate, we need to delete or change the metadata of releases that went through dist/atr in alpha. We can do this on alpha itself, so that it will be copied to beta.

@sbp am I right in assuming this would only be if there are releases in the DB which directly reference sitting in /atr even though they've been moved to /release? If so I think it's clean.
