Support Log4j 2 and Logback
This patch relates to https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HADOOP-12956. It makes the logging implementation in hadoop common optional and provides support for event counters in Log4j 2 and Logback in addition to Log4j 1.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/rgoers/hadoop trunk
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
