   Now that the old TO UI is disabled it's no longer possible to login.  If you just sit on the deprecation page, your web browser will still try to make calls to the TO /netlogcount api endpoint.  This will always return a 401 since it's nolonger possible to login.  We should remove the javascript that's making this call.
