   I was able to make a workaround on this by removing `barMinHeight` and setting a manually calculated min value (e.g. 10% from highest) for the data.
   ```
   data: config.data.map((val) => ({
       value: val >= 0 && val < minVisibleValue ? minVisibleValue : val,
       originalValue: val,
   })),
   ```
