   ## What is the purpose of the change
   
   When constructing a python Column from an existing java one, the object was being constructed incorrectly (passing in the underlying java column's class, rather than the object outright). This led to errors when trying to get columns from resolved schemas. This fix resolves this.

   - *Fixed issue when constructing columns when getting columns from a ResolvedSchema*.

   This change is already covered by existing tests, such as python schema operation tests.
