Okay, I just committed the changes.  Particularly,

JAXWSMethodInvoker,
BareInInterceptor,
AbstractInDatabindingInterceptor,
SoapBindingFactory and
SoapOutInterceptor

have the pertinent changes.  Please let me know what you think.
