   ## Description
   
   A clear and easy to understand doc for the design and architecture of mxnet will provide a good point of entry for interested users to become developers. This is something we should definite improve. Some examples to learn from:

   - https://github.com/pytorch/pytorch/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md#codebase-structure
   - There have been some good discussions on this topic in TVM: https://github.com/apache/incubator-tvm/issues/2469 (PR: https://github.com/apache/incubator-tvm/pull/6097).
   
   feel free to comment here on good example you've seen as well as what content could help new developers onboard mxnet.
