In v0.19.0, the default persistence strategy for registry is changed from in-memory to replicated_log. It mean,

  a) the {{--work_dir}} option is mandatory. the replication logs reside under work_dir/replicated_log}}
  b) the {{--quorum}} option is mandatory, if zookeeper is used.
