> SnapshotTableAction is an action, which means it runs as the user running the test. On secure clusters, snapshots can only be taken by admins, which means for this action to run, it the test user needs to be an admin. This is a bit of over-kill. Re-implement this as a command so that it can be executed as a user other than the test user.
