[Issue 125199] "Repeat Heading" and "Table-Alignment"-settings are lost when saving as doc (Microsoft Word 97/2000/XP)

I am able to replicate the first issue mentioned in the bug with the current
development build taken but not the second issue. 
I tested this on the snapshot build 4.2.0 and so I would think that maybe the
second bug has gotten fixed from the time this bug was filed.

In order to verify this: I downloaded the 4.1.2 release and checked both the
issues on it. And got the same results here. 

With respect to the first issue, I tried the following to see if it was only
the Table alignment which was affected or was it other formatting as well.
- Tried to change the cell alignements and exported and that works fine
- Tried to change the text formating and coloring and exported and that worked
fine
- Tried with different export formats

Problem seems to be with Table Alignment alone.

With respect to the second issue, I can see that the header is getting repeated
when I open the exported file in Microsoft word.
